The event ("NeuoBioUK") uses personal information provided by you to organise and manage the the event you attend, and the Program is the sole repositories of all information collected through our website. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with other organisations. 

We will use your personal information to:

• process your your registration and facilitate your attendance to the event.

• provide you with information regarding the conference, including scheduling and logistics.

• provide you with other information about future meetings in this series.

Please note that will share some personal information of conference attendees with other conference participants. This information will be included in the programme and is limited to author's names and affiliations. Please also be aware that a PDF file containing the programme and poster titles will be sent out to every conference attendee and will also be made available on our website after the event. 

Based on your participation history in NeuroBioUK, we will alert you to future meetings.  Correspondence from us will include the option to permanently opt out of future announcements.
